Anyone who has been scrappin' digitally for any length of time now, knows who Al Ward is. For those of you just beginning to scrap in this medium, and who don't know, Al Ward is the ultimate PhotoShop guru. His talents are many and his sites are wonderful. Al has contributed many items to sites all over the WWW. His tutorials are just amazing. You really need to check out his main site: Action FX and after days of scouring that site you might want to check out his blog and coming soon is the Scrapping FX site which is in the works. In the meantime, visit the blog and download the just released March AFX files.

March 1st -- already?

Wasn't it just yesterday that everyone was rushing around for the Christmas holidays? Can you believe it's March 1st already? Time is just flying! I remember as a kid thinking the years would never pass until I was 18 and now I just recently celebrated the 31st anniversary of my 18th birthday! One of the things I loved was... Butterscotch! Our very own, very creative Chris created this beautiful kit, Butterscotch Twist and brought a flood of memories back of my neighbor giving me little bags of hard butterscotch candies... what memories do you have?

Vanity Plate Challenge

One of the fun games that we do at The Cottage is, every now and then we do a Vanity Plate Challenge. The theme for this one is to create a 'Love' Vanity Plate. There is no cost to play and it's such fun seeing what you can come up with. The example below was created by our own Chris.

There is going to be a Family Heritage Recipe Book Project in the works beginning in February, as well as starting a Heritage Book. These project can be found in THE ATTIC.
